Shipping Costs for South Africa

Free door to door delivery to Main Centres within South Africa for orders above R175. For very remote areas not served by Aramex couriers, we will deliver via the Post Office.

Delivery Times approx:

If we have the product in stock we can deliver nationwide within 2-5 business days.

If we are out of stock on any products we can place an order with the manufacturer in the USA and it takes about 2 weeks.

Payment Methods

Electronic fund transfers (EFT’s) or direct deposits can be done into our bank account.

Credit card payments can also be made using PAYFAST. If you select this option you will be re-directed to the secure PAYFAST portal for payment processing.

 

Problems while Ordering

If you experience problems while ordering, please contact us via our contact page or email. NOTE that we will not ask you to send credit card details via email.

 

Refunds & Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase due to a product fault, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of products so we can provide a satisfactory resolution for you.

If you receive a product damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately.

Most of the products we sell do have a 6 month to 1 year warranty. The Black Berkey Filters have a 2 year prorated warranty. So if a genuine product fault occurs (i.e. a filter not working or a leaking spigot), please take a digital photo and e-mail to us. Please don’t throw away the faulty part as the manufacturer also requires that it be destroyed and a picture be sent to them.
